Jon is an instructional designer, professor, and eLearning developer who lectures internationally on spirituality and social justice issues. He has managed and developed learning experiences and programs in non-profit organizations and in higher education. He has managed training development for international NGO consultancies, and he has developed eLearning content for an online health learning company. Russell is an educator, mixed-method researcher and developer who has over 15 years of experience assisting departments in higher education, non-profit organizations and K-12 educators with technology-based pedagogy training and resource development. His doctoral research examined computer assisted language learning (CALL) for less-commonly taught and indigenous languages, as well as sociological and policy based factors that relate to healthy programs and successful student experiences. He has over two decades of professional experience with web design and multimedia production.
Rob has 16 years experience working in web development, e-commerce, video production, computer support and networking. Working exclusively with Linux servers and a passion for open-source applications, he is experienced with most popular CMS and LMS solutions. Rob also has a firm background with security and accessibility. He can create custom solutions for most any challenging scenario.
